My name is A’ine, I have been a member of the team at First Steps Day care for almost 3 years. I started working here as an apprentice to achieve my level 3 as an early years practitioner. Having qualified I was promoted to Deputy Manager and I love my role because it enables me to help oversee, manage and contribute to the key policies that impact children’s growth and development across all areas of Early Years.
I have always felt incredibly supported here at First Steps Day Care by all team members and especially by Michelle our manager, when completing my course she was very helpful, understanding and supportive throughout my whole course and constantly throughout my whole time here at First Steps Day Care.
